De Facto Push Polling

Voters within the 20th CD are already getting calls from pollsters about their possible choices in November. Most people will not remember the polling group or agency that called them. Thus it becomes next to impossible to determine who commissioned what poll. A recent story had a poll including only the current Congressman and the Democrat with the biggest war chest. If all the candidates are not in a poll, unfair advantage is given to those who are. Thus, when debates or primaries are discussed only the hand picked choices of the two gangs in power will ever see the light of day.

The Greeks would not be savvy to this type of democracy, despite the all male control and vested interests, matters were decided fairly. 'Fair' is what you pay on the bus. As our 'little joke' yesterday did not snag any media outlets, we firmly believe that the recent grassroots candidacies of Ed Pell and Doug Walters ought to be given a chance in polls about Democrats. Morris Guller has received more votes in the district than the current elite's current chosen one.
The March 31st FEC filings will not be indicative of the real race. Yet the media and the polls will favor two people. Two people who are the products of the law school monopolies, party favorites and other elite factions that is the coterie of traditional politics. Unless people respond through these commissioned polls, nothing will change.
When you get a call ask the name of the pollster. When it asks questions that do not include other declared candidacies, ask why. Let them know your opinion. Don't let them form it. We all want more freedom and independence.
Maybe there is a chance. When the July FEC filings are due, this campaign will be forced to collect signatures during the hottest time of the year. The pundits and insiders will be hedging their bets on the anointed. Don't let this happen. Start pushing back.
