An effort that simply beats up the incumbent is truly short on ideas. Our plan to release policy 'white papers' throughout the campaign should provide enough substance for the elites to take notice. For mere pennies on the comparative dollar, we'll prove that ideas have greater power then simple numbers. Perhaps a public education is equal to an institution based on the exploitation
Unfortunately those that do have the numbers will first ignore us, then vilify us. They will also seek to exclude others based on sheer force of numbers. Pledging to get 10 times the amount of signatures may sound like diligence and organization to some, but to other candidates without the money or volunteers it simply forces them out before the people get a chance to truly decide.
There's currently an individual in jail in Dutchess County for some improper collection of signatures. This aberration of Democracy can only be stopped by parties and candidates willing to address fundamental ballot access issues. The chosen ones will not.
