Whatever court time I see we'll make sure it gets clogged in my filter and shot back here at the 'ol blog. Boxes of paper work, special blue forms, yellow ones. All the news trucks are down there today for the big terrorist case. My shoes have metal in them.
We got right into Judge Kahn's chambers today. Apparently the order to show cause was legit enough to force a hearing on Tues. at 1:30PM. We served the NYS BOE at about 1:45 PM per the Federal Court's instruction. They'll be busy this weekend.
Guess we'll have to press that suit now.
