Call for Petitions

Greetings Libertarians, Independents and ticked-off major partiers!

It's been an exciting week here at Sundwall HQ! The positive response has been overwhelming. Not from the establishment (including the soi-disant "alternative" NPR) institutions, but from regular people all up and down the 20th Congressional District. While the major party candidates -- what are their names again? -- recycle last year's sound bites and tired platitudes, the Sundwall campaign is roiling with intellectual and plain old grass-roots emotional fervor.

If we had the resources the major parties have, I am fully confident we would achieve victory on March 31st. Alas, most of our resources must be directed simply toward appearing on the ballot. The two entrenched establishment parties don't even have to lift a finger, but we need 3500 signatures -- plus many more to survive the inevitable challenge, from an establishment outraged that ordinary citizens might run a candidate of their own.

That's why I'm issuing a call for everyone to turn in their petitions as of now. Do NOT stop collecting signatures, friends, but please mail in what you have now, so we can get an accurate count and ensure no unfortunate events intervene.

Thank you, and keep on fighting for your right to have a choice in this election.

for peace, freedom and prosperity,

Chris Edes
Deputy Campaign Manager
Eric Sundwall for Congress

Thank-you Eric and Chris for a most enjoyable time yesterday.
The voters of the 20th Congressional District will be well served by Eric, I would like to remind them that Eric is their neighbor, not a person hand picked from somewhere else chosen to represent them by some back room party boss.
Eric lives with you, knows the issues that affect your everyday life. And Eric is strong and qualified to become your congressional representative.
By voting for Eric "We the People" begin to take back our government from the Special interest groups, corporate contributors, and lobbyists. Your vote for Eric will be a first step in the return to what our Government was designed to be by the founding fathers, of the people, by the people, and for the people.
