Also, the Tedisco campaign denies any involvement in the lawsuit to knock Sundwall off the ballot.
Does anyone believe that?

Can somebody PLEASE tell me why the National Libertarian Party hasn't weighed in, either financially or otherwise, with support for Eric's campaign? I've sent money to the National committee, and expect to see some of that return to the State level races.
If you look at the latest report from the Times Union regarding the influence that has come from the other national parties ( http://www.timesunion.com/AspStories/story.asp?storyID=782215 ) you see that people are giving money from across the nation. Why can't we get that type of support from Bob Barr, Wayne Root, or even Dr. Ron Paul?
John, none of us gets it either. Calls have beeen made. Emails have been sent.
The whole movement has missed this one. People neeed to start screaming about this.
But then, lack of political savvy has plagued our movement since I got in it in 1979. Nothing new here.
Jim, has there even been mention of Eric on LRC? I would think that someone would have at least mentioned the troubles he's having to deal with in court, or that he's at least even in the competition.
I did a quick search over there and came up with nothing. I realize it's a fairly local election, but as you mentioned before, it's the only election!
